Moe's Southwest Grill

Went in yesterday for lunch. The interaction was nice. The food was decent. It could’ve definitely been warmer. But I think right now. In this moment, they need to shut down and give the place a deep cleaning and overhaul. First get better lighting, you have a Lowe’s literally about a 30 second drive away from you. As you can see from the pictures everything looks used and in need of replacing. The soda machine has absolutely no flavors whatsoever. You can see from the picture that all the flavors are unclickable. Why is there a box of open chips right next to the trashcan? The trays need to be washed before they are returned to the line. I went in to Moe’s today and the pinto beans I received were SPOILED!!! I thought I was tripping at first, but they tasted absolutely disgusting and when I brought the bowl closer so I could smell it to see what the foul smell was it smelled so awful!!! The only good thing about going there was the friendly staff named Lydia, who was super nice and kind. Other than that my experience there today was horrible and I’ve been going there for years! Never again.

I used to loooove Moes. My last encounter which was yesterday at 2p, the food I ordered was cold and just as cold as the customer service. It used to be a lively bunch that served your food but these employees were busy scrolling in their phones and did not give a warm and welcoming experience. I will not be returning.

I was actually very surprised to see all the bad reviews. My experience was fantastic! And honestly, that was the best salad I ever had! The staff was great, it was very clean. Since I had never Built My Own salad or even been there before the staff helped me through it, and it was the best salad ever! The price was great! That was one of the biggest salads for the price that I've had in a long time and The Taste was amazing, I realized afterwards I hadn't even used one quarter of a cup of dressing for the whole thing! And no there is no way I could have eaten that whole thing LOL it's a big salad, I shared it with my fiance! And let me recommend getting the sirloin steak on the salad! It was a big change for me since I usually get chicken and it was incredible! There is so much seasoning

We haven't been in a long time because of bad service. Kids have been asking for it so I picked it up on my way home from Target. Never again. I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 entrees, and a large queso. They put everything in 2 bags with barely and chips. You used to get giant bags of chips with each order. The only positive is that the chips are burnt so no one is eating them anyway. The kids burritos are TINY. Like ridiculously small. My bowl was nasty. It doesn't even taste like moes. The chicken seems questionable and the lettuce was all wilty and gross. It didn't used to be like this. If I lived closer I would take it all back for a refund. If you crave Moe's go to the Millville location and you won't have that problem anymore. Only positive the employees were real nice.
