Moe's Southwest Grill

We were visiting from out of town and this was our first time at a Moe's on 2/13/26 at 6:13pm. We are happy we came here. The service was SO good! Hannah was our meal provider along with a young man who let me sample the sauces. Both provided excellent customer service! The food was good, but I would add that the white rice needed more flavor...maybe a little lime and cilantro?! Thank you!

This was one of the worst food service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely nasty and unprofessional. Employees came out of the restroom without washing their hands, then immediately handled food. Multiple workers were coughing over the food, touching their faces, and then touching ingredients again. It was disgusting to watch. On top of the serious hygiene issues, they charged my friend twice and acted annoyed when it was brought up instead of fixing it properly. I completely lost my appetite and trust in this location. This place needs immediate attention from management and the health department. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this Moe’s in Fort Walton.

I love my experience! My first time at moes.. I seen I had a birthday coupon and wanted to try it.. let me tell you… amazing service- the redeem coupon worked- I went ahead and got a meal. Tried the burrito. Fire! Clean, friendly. I would recommend. Good job guys! ((A crew needs to come in and help their debit machine- sometimes it goes down I know it’s time consuming for both parties- hopefully the district manager can get this fixed)) thank you again.

The man with the luscious mustache is outstanding! He has amazing customer service and is extremely friendly! We love this location because of him! 10/10 experience every time!!

This place always has amazing food and service but tonight was just extra. Loved the younger staff on duty tonight -- they cheered me up and sent me off with a perfect dinner. Thanks, team.
