Moe's Southwest Grill

My local Moe’s closed so I started making the drive out to this one. The food is always amazing, especially the queso!! Worth the try without a doubt!

Girl on phone has thick Spanish accent and can’t communicate probably . Tried to explain to her that an order that came to me on an app was stolen because she said it was already picked up . Had to be unassigned and stolen. She hung up on me. Trying to educate her and the business but she’s too ignorant. Got sent there with an order at 955 and I was 8 minutes away so I called .

Great tasting food and I was blown with taste of sauces and the chicken . Soft tender and at hot at right temp. No issues just simply devour the food. Eat well, eat good and stay healthy folks. I was served by Aidam and it's great service delivered 👏

I usually enjoy Moe’s, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The food I ordered was poorly prepared and didn’t match the usual quality I expect from this place. The ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and the meal was thrown together without much care. My order came out cold and lacking flavor, which made it hard to even finish. The service also felt rushed, like they just wanted to move the line along without paying attention to what they were serving. For the price, I expected something much better. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I left unsatisfied. I hope Moe’s can focus on consistency and quality, because customers deserve better than what I was served. AND I GOT WATER BUT THEY DIDNT GIVE ME IT.

I like Moe's burritos over Chipotle and our local Neato Burritos, as I wrote in a review years ago for my local Moe's: better price, free chips & salsa, and free guac (OK they have since taken that away). But I certainly do not recommend this location for sure. I wanted to redeem my Dining Advantage credits during my travel to NJ and I was ecstatic to see Moe's on the list. So I purchased the BOGO offer a week prior to my trip. On this day, I was all gung-ho to redeem this offer along with my son. We customized our burrito bowls and was ready to pay for the order. I activated the offer and had 10 minutes to show the BOGO certificate to the cashier before it expired. The cashier attempted something but apparently didn't work so she flagged the manager over. The manager simply stated
