Fresh choices taste overload. Lots of seating. 2 burritos $36 because we loaded them with everything beef chicken and steak extra extra queso
I’ll start by saying I prefer Moe’s over Chipotle. This location is by far the worst. The portion sizes are ridiculously small , and by the time I’m done adding extra so I can feel full I’m spending 30$ on a burrito or bowl. On top of the workers not being able to understand what I’m saying due to the language barrier. Every time I contact the customer service they are literally NO HELP AT ALL. I visited the other location on Virginia avenue and the portion size and customer service was top tier. That’s how I know it’s only this specific location. I guess I’ll start eating at chipotle because I’m not gonna keep paying 30$ for a burrito when I can get a bowl for 14$ with twice the portion size at chipotle.
I get a burrito bowl. The server barely put enough chicken on it. Then when I ask for a little more, I get charged extra for it?? And the server barely put enough southwest ranch in my food?? That’s not cool at all. Do better!!
When you walk in they are EXTREMELY LOUD!!! I know you want people to feel welcome but it’s very unappealing. I told the cashier I wanted a combo. Instead of her saying they don’t have combos she charges me $3 for the drink. When I said I wanted it a combo she gets an attitude and points to the menu and says “we don’t have it” But before all of that she was grunting like she was frustrated with the orders that had to be bagged for online orders. She did that a few times while I was in line. The short guy fixing the add ons he’s dancing and hitting the prep station with his gloves then begin fixing food without changing gloves THEN he begin whistling over peoples food while fixing it. I will not be coming back to this location at all.
I came in to get my free cup of queso for my birthday and the employee gave me a halo of cup of queso.
