Moe's Southwest Grill

Decided to take advantage of the online ordering process. Just beware, the online description isn't accurate. I ordered the salad and intended to split into 2 servings. Well, the dressing wasn't on the side as indicated online. :-( However, it's a good salad. The chicken is hiding in there somewhere, but all and all, it's decent. I don't think I will use the app again. I always ask from my salad dressing on the side no matter where I go.

PLEASE READ!! if i could write 0 stars i would. not for the food but for LIZ. This girl needs to find a new job. I have came here for months and she is always the most genuinely rude people ive ever met. To the point where I will now be going to the southington location and i urge everyone to do the same. If i could out negative stars i would. I used to think maybe she is having a bad day. but after over 8 encounters with her im afraid that is just her attitude. she should NOT be in customer service whatsoever. I am not the type to write reviews but i had to because my fiance and i both say the same thing EVERYTIME we come here! I have heard the same thing from multiple people too!

Not gonna lie my last meal here was complete and utter buns, had my stomach churning for days. Just wanted a double wrap burrito but the service here didn't seem very interested and doing their jobs, also to top it off they put way too much spicy sauce on said burrito so you know my colon was not a big fan of that either. All and all two thumbs down, either go to chipotle or make a sweaty burrito at home for half the cost

Ordered the $50 Fajita kit. What a scam! Plus tax, delivery and tip. Says feeds 4-6 people, was barely enough for 2 toddlers. Top bag was chips, per usual serving, bottom bag just utensils. 2 proteins came in containers the same size as the queso, must be a joke! Tastes great, shame it wasn’t enough to feed everyone. Don’t be fooled by the size of the box or pictures on the website, please save your money

I'm just a little upset that everytime I mobile order my bowl from here, just because it has no protein, I get a 1/4 full bowl. Like, im paying over $10 to get maybe 3 bites out of it. Love the workers, but ever since they changed management it seems like their service has gone down hill. I use to get full bowls all the time.
