Moe's Southwest Grill

Context: family of 3, doing fine, but watching our wallets cause of the holidays. Took my son for a haircut today which completely messed with dinner time routine. My 10 year old, being the sweetest kid, says we can use his $30 Moe’s gift card that he got last Christmas in his stocking and has been saving. We go to this Moe’s on Airport rd. They’re busy, but moving along, and everything is fine; until we get to the register. You can tell the cashier is all sorts of distracted. Which I get, I worked in F&B, I know how it is. I tell her we’re using a gift card and she distractedly says “answer the questions then use it” and points to the card machine. I tap the tip button, swipe the card, then nothing. I go to flip the card thinking maybe I did it wrong, at which point cashier glances at me

Terrible experience ordering off door dash this store never puts guac in the door dash orders. And then when you call to tell them they made a mistake for like the 6th time they tell you you need to pay for it. Well i did and yet i still dont get my guac. Manager acted like i was a problem for them ripping me off. Rude unprofessional and unwilling to correct the issue. Unsure if anything will be resolved or ill just stop eating here all together.

one of my favorite places to go after work, the gym, whatever, tons of delicious and healthy options, all made fast and right in front of you. my only complaint is their straws. The straws are way too small and do not fit the large cups. Please get new straws. Otherwise, love this place, keep it up!

I usually have no problem when going into Moe’s before work and grabbing food but today really upset me, enough to leave a review. I think the value meal is a great price for the amount of food you get and always go with this option. I spoke to the lady doing the orders and told her the value meal, she said “burrito?” back to that and because it was a burrito value meal I assumed saying yes was the correct thing to do. Once I got to the register I noticed it was in the computer as a burrito instead of a value meal, I asked the girl at the register if it was put in wrong because I was confused and she didn’t really even acknowledge me and asked the lady taking the order what I said and she got very upset and said “BURRITO IS WHAT SHE TOLD ME,” so I spoke up and once again tried to even ta

Place looked clean. Staff did not say welcome to Moe's when I came inside. It was during the lunch rush. They have vegetarian options. I wish their tofu was more seasoned instead of plain.
