I went to Moe and he was amazing, great communication and timeliness. His cats are very friendly and made the experience better. I had to get more documents stamped than originally expected he saw me the very next day to correct it and didn’t charge for another session. Will 100% use him for all notary needs.

Quoted me150- 200$ for a signature on my mortgage closing documents.. but he also stated he wouldn't be available if a mistake was made for 14 days... I was willing to pay that because I thought that's what it costs..but as stressful as home buying is, I decided to find someone more reliable just in case someone messed something up. I'm glad I didn't pay that, on top of it also being inconvenient if there was a mistake... I went to notary public and they quoted me 8$... And full availability to walk in whenever. I was in there less than 10 minutes. I feel like he price hiked because he was traveling himself and it was an inconvenience to serve me. Do yourself a favor and go to notary public llc.
