Modcup coffee is a fantastic coffee spot. The staff are all super nice and knowledgeable about their jobs. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris who made an amazing oat milk latte with a dope heart on it. Its cozy and they have great coffee and pastries. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

We we're passing by and decided to visit this coffee shop, that was a good decision. The place itself was very nice and cute. I specifically lived the little live flowers in mini vases on almost each table. That was a very gentle and cute touch. British guy (he probably is the owner) served us. We had 1 iced latte, 1 earl gray loose tea, and an apple turnover (which didn't was without cinnamon, the way we like). Late and tea were very good. The apple turnover was very-very fresh, and swmi sweet (I believe it didn't even have sugar added, just a sweet apple or maybe very little sugar). It tastes amazing. Tea selection was poor which is understandable, because mostly people prefer coffee. My choices were turmeric and ginger or Earl Gray. I love earl gray, so no problem there for me. Bathro

This is the best coffee shop roasting the best coffee in potentially the entire world. The coffee here tastes different than 99% of the cafes I've ever been to in my life (maybe over 200) and is a coffee lover's dream. Try the Kyoto cold brew, grab some beans, and support this business that absolutely LOVES coffee. 100/10 rating and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
