MOD Pizza

I really liked this pizza place! The guy that made our pizzas was really nice and made the pizzas fast but still clean. I can’t wait to go back and try their pizzas again.

Every time I have come to this MOD pizza it has been a violation of safety Cleanliness of the environment of which they are making our pizzas in the last time we came here there was a hair on our pizza and now today we decided to maybe just try again not only were the servers rude but they’ve also been putting our pizzas on dirty counters as I show in the pictures below, and when I asked about them, he says that it is mod pizza policy to put the pizzas when they come out the oven on the dirty counter, and when I asked for him to clean it, he says that he shouldn’t have to because it’s policy that they can do that. I’m very disgusted by my experience and the man needs to be fired for how rude he has been. The whole from doordashers to customer we have all been complaining

For several years I could always count on Mod for friendly employees and a consistent pizza. Things have changed. Now every pizza is different—ill-formed crust, too much or too little cheese, unpredictable topping amounts, varying levels of burnt. Drink stations have not been set up lately, even an hour and a half after they opened today. It must be either a lack of training or a culture of “who cares”. I’ve been trying to support them during all the road construction, but it’s no longer worth the trip.

Their food is awesome! And normally their service is great. But... On this occasion... Not so much. 3pm Sunday (9/21), 2 guys 1 of Average height on the skinnier side with longer brown wavy hair in a ponytail. And the second was a little taller than average height I think lighter colored hair he was wearing a hat definitely heavier set he was much more professional. The first guy literally came and stopped at me, (no one has even talked to me yet) stuck his finger out towards my face and then put his hands up in the air waved them, still hadn't said anything and then walked into the back. A couple minutes later, the other guy came over and asked about my order. He was much more professional and told me he was putting the pizzas in the oven, it would be about 5-7 minutes. They always recognize their regulars right away, which makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The staff is fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient — you can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s one of those places where the service really stands out. I have to admit, I was a bit disappointed to see that the price of the pizza has gone up, but that seems to be the trend everywhere these days. Still, the quality and care they put into the experience make it worth returning for.
