MOD Pizza

Picture this. We walk into a pizza place with friends and all of our kids. A bunch of teenagers take care of us with such respect and kindness I thought it was 1995. I have some food restrictions and they were more concerned about getting them right than I was. You’d think they owed the place. Five star review to Mod Pizza for hiring so well AND THE PARENTS OF THE EMPLOYEES for raising stand up human beings. The pizza was awesome by the way. Just much better experience than expected all around

I appreciate that they have gluten free pizza and salads, though I must admit I find both to be fine. Service was fast and pleasant.

Customer service was extremely terrible so many employee just to completely ignore you! They didn’t care to ask if you wanted any veggies on it. I don’t remember this pizza spot if you are hungry for some pizza. Are pizza was also undercooked.

We came in today for lunch and we were immediately greeted by Lisa which was a nice change because most places do not greet you when you walk in. She smiled and made eye contact and was so incredibly friendly from start to finish. She was cautious/helpful for me with my dietary restrictions and offered my daughter crayons and a coloring sheet at checkout. We drove from Lawrenceville to eat here and she will definitely make us want to come back again and again!

The service was terrible. I stood waiting for a while, while she was active staring into space before she asked me what I would like. Then, when she asked me what I would like on my pizza, she was very rude and would say “what else.” in a very annoyed tone. It took way longer for my food to be put together than it should have because instead of starting a few people’s pizzas at a time, she went down the entire line of about 8 people when I was only buying one for myself. After my pizza was finally put together, I had to stand at the register to pay for a few minutes before anyone noticed me. The place was not the cleanest and you could tell the trash was very neglected.
