Mochinut Bayview

I came in on 3/6/26 @7:15 pm. I was not greeted. I had to ring the bell for service even though they seen me come in, I was given no eye contact, didn’t ask me what I wanted to order, no smile, no verification that I was done ordering just handed me my items. I ordered an Ube milk tea, a Thai tea And a refresher from the roll up place. The milk in the Thai tea must’ve been old because I order Thai tea all the time, this was not it! It tasted spoiled. You can tell from the pictures….This place could’ve gotten a better rating for me but unfortunately it came down to bad customer service and bad quality of the item that was sold. I spent a lot of money and time driving to give my excited 5 year old a treat, all for it to be a waste…..Beware this new generation of young workers simply show up

I've been to other Mochinuts around town. This one was the worst. The decor is nothing special compared to the other ones in town. Still inviting and cute space. But based on their own standard they've set against themselves, this one pales in comparison. The order took a while to get right since the staff were messing up with the cashier machine. The drink I got was a bit chalky. The bobas were too mushy. They got stuck in the straw. The corn dog was too dry so it broke off from the hotdog. Maybe will give them a chance in a few months. But seems like the staff where are all still learning.

Updated 1/10/2026 Extremely disappointed. Ordered 2 hot Cheeto mozz, they were greasy, hot Cheetos were scarce and hallow. The guy working the register very nice, but I showed him my concern (they look different) and he said they switched mayo. Also ordered an original corndog, not done correctly. For the price you pay would hope this establishment would be consistent. My son say it was bad. I love stopping here to get a snack. I stopped going to the Bayshore location because I noticed the corndogs changed consistency and the donuts were not as fresh. Too much sauce being used before the hot Cheetos!!! Wish I could give ZERO STARS. From start to finish this was an overall horrible experience ending with FOOD POISONING. For a place that’s known for their donuts they had such a little, odd variety to choose from. There was hardly any donuts out and the ones that were served were not fresh at all. Tasted like they had been sitting out for days. Not to mention the person at the front counter was kind of rude and didn’t have any knowledge of what kind of donuts were out for the day. DISAPPOINTED to say the least but that wasn’t even the worst of it. We waited for quite a while for two corn dogs and we were the only people in there. When they came, they looked promising. I’ve been coming to this place a few times. Their matcha bubble tea is really good, but their hot dogs are always a hit or miss. Every time we go, they are either big and thick or their just super skinny and small. For the price at almost seven dollars for one, I expect it to be bigger and consistent. Also, today I bought a half and half hot dog (cheese and hot dog) and did not get any cheese at all. Their promotional photos are very misleading for their hot dogs. Disappointing.
