Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

This location was great to us! I remember a few years ago Mo Bettahs went through a phase of being extremely stingy with portions. At this location at least that was not the issue at all. The plates we got were fresh and large portioned. Katsu was crispy, teriyaki chicken was tender, and it perfectly compliments the sauce and mac salad. Will come again!

First vist of the year, not good😮‍💨. Don't often give bad reviews. However, explain why when ordering two plates of food, they are served in one plate?? We ordered two separate meals, got both meals served on one plate.😭 Ordered white rice got two scoops of brown rice. Ordered mixed vegetables, received of pasta salad. Food was fine, but service and presentation not good. Spoke to the manager, she laughed it off, and offered a refund. Did not take refund.

I recently moved from the Saratoga Springs, UT area. The Mo' Bettah's there was absolutely amazing. It was my very favorite place to eat. I was so excited to see that they had one here in Payson when we moved. But I'm afraid I was very disappointed the 2 times I have gone. Their meat was fine, but the rice is absolutely terrible. Like, thrown straight in the trash terrible. It was slimy and gritty. Rice is a very necessary part of the meal to me so I was so sad about it. The macaroni salad certainly didn't taste as fresh and yummy either. Me and my kids were very disappointed that it didn't live up to our expectations when the Saratoga Springs one was so amazing. I don't know that I'll ever try this location again after how bad the rice was.

Horrible customer service at the Payson store. I ordered online, they gave me the time it would be ready for pick up. I didnt get my order for an hour after it was supposed to be ready. 3 different families came in after we got there. They ordered and ate before I got my food. When I finally got home with my food they didnt even put meat in the kids meal we ordered just a scoop of rice. I will never go back. The foods not that great anyway.

Fan-freaking-tastic!! I went on opening day. I’m so excited! Even though the parking lot was a mad house, the drive thru was quick and efficient. I ordered the Pake salad and the “mini” which isn’t mini at all. The food is phenomenal and I’m guessing this will be one of your most successful locations so far!
