Update.... I received a call from the Managing Partner who worked through the issue with us and was able to get to a equitable solution for all of us. I felt the resolution did take me some additional effort to get there, but they did take the time to ensure that we were satisfied. Companies may have challenges or fall down at times, so the way they pick themselves up and address issues are key. MMB did a good job here and stuck to there word. Previous review I engaged with MMB at the beginning of the year. I was quoted a specific rate for learning my businesses and the cost to do the work. When the bill came, it was 4 times the amount. When I spoke to the Senior Partner who proposed the work, he actually laughed at me. Physically laughed that I wanted to discuss this with them. It
