MLK Deli

We found this place when we were looking for something close to the base. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Jive Turkey sandwich, the pastrami sandwich, a croissant sandwich, fries, wings and freshly squeezed strawberry lemonade. Seriously, the food was outstanding!! The fries were flavored and thicker than most (my favorite kind of fries) My only critique is that Google says that you can dine in the restaurant, you cannot. Absolutely no place to sit. But the atmosphere in the place is cool. Luckily, one of the neighbors who live above the restaurant let us sit on their porch area.

MLK Deli is a cozy spot with fresh, flavorful sandwiches and classic deli fare. The portions are generous, the ingredients are high quality, and everything tastes homemade. It’s casual and welcoming — perfect for a quick, satisfying meal any time of day.

Amazing and Delicious!!!! I stopped here on my way from work after seeing this sandwich shop on IG... it's a small spot tucked away on MLK... The restaurant is very clean, service was impeccable and the sandwich was HEARTY !!! I plan on returning to try the crab cake sandwich.

The King club is my favorite! I like to dress my sandwich with a little extra stuff even-thought is just fine the way they prepare it! I can only eat half for lunch and half for dinner that’s just how fulfilling & satisfying this sandwich is! I have to mention the fresh ingredients is a huge plus!

Had some time between meeting up with friends before concert. Drove by this place and decided to stop by for a quick bite to eat. Small inside area for ordering. Staff was very friendly. Prompt service. We both had the “jive turkey” but with different bread and cheese choices. You can grab chips and a drink to complete your meal. What I like is the outside patio sitting area. Very cute, comfortable covered area with a tv. Will definitely come back and try some other options on.
