Mixwell Coffee Company

Stopped in for a coffee after a hike in Waimea Canyon and it was great. It is a cute little truck in the Warehouse and the coffee was delicious. They have a bunch of other specialty coffees and tea. The lovely ladies serving up the Joe were super nice. It is a new , “local” business that is worth supporting. There are a few food trucks outside and some cute shops with local vendors inside.

Best coffee in Kauai!!! We went to pretty much every coffee shop on the south side of the island and this one was the best by far. The homemade banana syrup is soooo tasty. Not overly sweet, just right. They use a local coffee roaster called 'Outpost' and it was so smooth. The owners were super sweet and friendly as well. We came twice and got the rosemary bagel which was also very good! Can't wait to come back for this coffee!

The coffee shop is located in a very cute little building that feels very welcoming and nice. We got our food and drinks right away which was good because we were all hungry. I got the pumpkin spice latte and it was absolutely amazing. I also got a bagel with pumpkin spice cream cheese and it was the best bagel I have ever had! If you are looking for a local coffee shop to check out, definitely head over to mix well coffee!

Awesome little place to get coffee! I had just been to a much larger, well known coffee place which was actually very disappointing and made a latte that I didn’t even want to drink. I came here and the lady serving me was very kind and made a delicious latte to save the day for me! High quality coffee and very skilled baristas! Would definitely come back!

Glad we found this place. We were just looking for coffee, but we found local artists and gifts in a beautiful space, too. The coffee was great, and the bagel was legitimately good, a surprise find in Kauai. Sit down and sip while getting some computer work done or take your drink for a walk through some curated shops and galleries.
