Our first time trying Misty Brew Coffee Drive-Thru left us with an impression of bewilderment and pure disappointment. As you pull up, a large marquee has the items that are available to order. There are no prices listed (or sizes), which is understandable due to fluctuating costs, but still odd. After deciding on what to order, we pull up and place our order of two different frappes. At the window, there is still no indication of prices or items available. You must rely on rote memory, but there is a sign stating that if using a card, notify the clerk if you want to leave a tip. Misty Brew is the cornerstone of Owasso Coffee. The gold standard of coffee shops. Quality, temperature, consistency and selection is always on point. Reliable seasonal selections and suggestions to improve your repetitive visits- a huge positive. Price is on point with other LOCAL shops; love the less transactional interactions between barista and customer. This shop has the best connection with its patrons to eliminate the number aspect. I frequent a lot of shops, and even seek out coffee shops in my travels as well; so, for this to be the best established coffee location in Owasso is clear. They are the ones to beat. The mother and daughter are so kind, this is truly a little gem! My iced caramel macchiato was amazing and they offer extra large sizes of coffee!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I never write reviews but had to with this one! The owner of this company is an older lady and she is very unprofessional and rude. Every time I went there she was incredibly rude, the first time, I just thought she was having a bad day but come to realize next visit that that’s just her personality! The last time I went there, I kindly let her know that “I would like my pistachio sweet cream cold brew a little sweeter please.” Considering it tasted like black coffee, she put absolutely no syrup in it…she immediately said very rudely, “Well if you want it sweeter then we probably aren’t a good fit!” I let her know kindly that her last worker had made it that way and she immediately rudely said, “Well she’s not supposed to because that’s too expensive!” And also

i love this place good service, great coffee! but i always order my regular and get charged different prices everytime especially when the owner is working. last time i paid closer to $9 when i usually get charged around $5.50. the owner never tells you the price!! BEWARE she will not tell you the cost of the drink and not give your change back.
