Mister Ice

We used Mr Ice for a little over a year, never had the first issue. My company down sized a little and did away with our service. Me ice came and pick up his equipment and said to please call if we ever need service again. I would for sure refer and use him again when we can.

Several attempts to get them to quote an ice machine for my restaurant. First contact in December 2018. Its now June 2019 and no pricing or visit. They have made promises to get back with me, but always fall short of follow up. I had to keep making the contact to keep conversation going. Apparently, they don't want my business. I'm done with them.

Hours are not convenient, prices are ridiculously high. $64.61 for a $13 relay? I mean I get a markup as your a business trying to make money but I have to pass this cost along to my customer. Best believe they will look at their options for replacement with that in mind and your customer base will suffer.

We are excited to team up with Mister Ice! Fast quick service, accommodating, very informative and fast installation! The young man who installed our machine was very thorough!

Bill and Scott Snyder, are very professional and mechanical. They are servants at heart, people you can count on, with your equipment, at Mister Ice. The men that work for them are very good at what they do and they do it well. They all work and work together as a team to Supply ice to the greater Indianapolis area with the ice machines they sell and service.
