MISSION BBQ

This was my 2nd, maybe 3rd, time coming here. The food is always good, but I particularly like the customer service. It’s really top-notch. There was a guy there this time working the dining area named Matt. He was really cool and made me feel welcomed. I appreciated that. I didn’t get the cashier’s name, but she was great too.

Best brisket I’ve ever had. Mission BBQ nailed it — smoky, tender, and full of flavor. The slaw and greens hit perfectly on the side. 10/10, highly recommend.

Honestly, the first time I came here, the food was good. Nothing spectacular or to go outta your way for but the customer service was great. Shout out to Matt. Came back a second time to see if Matt was there and he actually remembered my name after a fire encounter 8-9 months ago. Got a brisket sandwich which was kinda dry but the Mac and cheese made up for it. Again- shout out to Matt. That man deserves a raise.

12/20 • 12:00 PM Wow—hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were warmly welcomed and greeted as soon as we walked in and again when we were leaving. The staff were incredibly kind and genuine, and the whole team worked seamlessly together. This was my first time here, and I was especially impressed by their tradition of honoring veterans—every employee was extremely respectful taking a purposeful pause. The food was great and came out quickly. The restaurant was very clean, with employees continuously cleaning throughout our visit. They even served samples twice to customers who were seated. Multiple staff checked in on us throughout our visit- again so friendly. Overall, an outstanding experience!
