I tried the protein coffee and protein waffles and they were amazing! It’s so hard to find healthy options that actually taste delicious, but everything here was so good. The protein coffee was smooth and flavorful, and the waffles were the perfect guilt-free treat. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something nutritious without sacrificing taste!
The best healthy shakes ever! Made with so much love by Stephanie the owner. The waffles are out of this world. I highly recommend it for anyone who cares about nutrition and healthy eating.
The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is so welcoming, the shake and tea I had was 10/10! I am definitely coming here again

Mint nutrition has become my favorite spot to go to. Let me begin with the healthy waffles, they’re absolutely tasty and delicious. The shakes are so good, I like the pistachio one and the chocolate one. The teas are tasty and energizing. The customer service is great. I drive from Broward county at least once or twice a week just to have a shake or take a waffle home to my wife. Worth the drive !
