Ming's Chinese Restaurant

I've lived in VB for almost 30 years and this has to be some of the best Chinese takeout food I have ever had. The staff are nice, and the food is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I just discovered them last week and I've already ordered the General Tso's TWICE. Ming's has absolutely blown my mind with the QUALITY of this General Tso's Americanized Chinese takeway meal. It is FRIED TO PERFECTION. The meat is TENDER and slightly crispy and PERFECTLY SEASONED. The broccoli is only partially cooked, still crispy yet saucy. AND THE PORTIONS ARE PHENOMINAL.

We have been going to Ming's Restaurant for years. The food is always cooked well and the portions are large. I prefer brown rice over yellow, so that is a bonus. The employees are always kind and my orders are always accurate. They do have a small dine in area.

I had Fried hot smoked sausages Served with steamed rice and dinner roll (gravy). It was delicious. No complaints at all. Back in the 70’s - early 90’s these meals came with rolls really don’t see that much anymore. I totally recommend this place.

Just moved to the area and got takeout from Ming’s for the first time. The pork lo mein and general tso chicken were delicious.

I ordered Szechuan beef and I have no clue what they gave me. Also got the beef fried rice and it tastes like dish soap. First few times I ate here I had no complaints but this go around was horrible.
