Ming Garden Chinese Restaurant

This is one place that should never get anyones business well just my opinion myself and co workers spent a good amount of money at this place today and it was HORRIBLE rice was not fried rice the chicken wings were burnt looking the grease had to be old the chicken was not right at all the beef and broccoli had no tasteand again the fried ricejust sucks not to mention thr customer service is Bad It a no for me I can get better food and service in my hometown camden thats cheaper better food and great customer service

Placed an online order. General Tso with vegetable fried rice. When you select the entree a drop down menu allows you to select what rice you want with it. I chose vegetable fried rice without mushrooms. Driving there and home I realize they piled pork chunks into the rice. I do not eat pork! I drove all the way back and asked for a refund. Rather than do the right thing and refund my $ a woman yelled and put her hands in my face. She stated that I was the one who made the mistake as the platter comes with pork fried rice. Though that is how it comes standard, I changed the option. Holding onto her pride and my money meant more than righting the mistake with the customer. She was yelling saying it was I who made a mistake but they didn’t put the mushrooms in the rice so I know that it was

I ordered lemon chicken expecting a lemon sauce on it, what I got is wet battered chicken with 3 slices of fresh lemon causing the chicken where lemon were tasted bitter. It has no sauce, just battered fried chicken. Their pork fried rice? I’d rather go to Shoprite and buy their pork fried rice for half the price and with lots of pork and tastier.I’m giving 2 because the lady in the counter is nice, food is 0.5 star.

Terrible been going for 25 years used to be great!! Now the people taking the orders have problems communicating orders are wrong. The portions are awful, and the food has gone downhill. I got home my order was wrong and I called only to get a hard time. No more MING GARDENS will go somewhere else

Another review said “if someone says this place has good Chinese food, they’ve never had good Chinese food before” and they had it spot on. We got a pretty standard order of pork fried rice, general tso’s chicken, and fried pork dumplings and were pretty disappointed across the board. The rice was very white and bland. The general tsos didn’t have much flavor behind it besides being sweet. Finally, and most insulting of all, this is the size of the sauce they give you for an 8 piece dumpling…
