Ming Chu

It's okay. The pop out of the pop cooler was not cold at all. The food was okay but I thought the rice seemed a little dry, and I wasn't overly impressed with the taste of the food. I'd say just average that's why I'm only giving it three stars.

We've been coming here for Chinese food since I was a kid, 2001 is a long time ago and its been a staple in our household since but these last couple of years, we've noticed a slip. Food is too tough to chew, sauce is too lumpy, theres no vegetables where they should be. And this food is by no means cheap, its come to our attention that it makes a difference who's cooking it. I'm pretty sure I know who was cooking the food this last time and we're going to start asking who's cooking whenever we order next time. Whoever is cooking this food needs to maybe step back and learn more considering this is a family run business. We have been in the area about almost 2 years craving Chinese food, similar to that the food we loved where we used to live. We found Ming Chu, and they have our favorite soup, and we're hooked on the Wor Wonton soup it's delicious. We're now working our way through the menu. Everything we've had has been better than great. We definitely will be back.

So tonight i gave it another shot . My family and i have gotten delicious meals from ming chu for YEARS . I ordered shrimp with snow peas , it always came with a delicious clear sauce . Today it is drowning in a dark brown gravy . It also has vegetables , never , ever have i gotten vegetables mixed in it . It is TERRIBLE . Okay , hot and sour soup here has always been such a beautiful , clean soup with just the right flavor . Now , there are NO peas , and TONS of carrots and although i love tofu , this is OVER-WHELMED with it . It has so many hot peppers in it that i cant even eat it . The other dishes are just as bad . There is no news about them changing owners , but everyone ive always known there is gone , and the food is NOTHING like it has been for all these years . We wont be ord

Good food and reasonable prices. I love their general tso's chicken combo platter and the cheese wonton's.
