Mindy's Bake Shop

Mindy's Bake Shop is a hidden gem! Everything is made with such care, and her vegan and gluten-free options are genuinely delicious. Not just good for being gluten-free but good, period. I especially love her muffins. My personal favorites are the chocolate chip banana and blueberry. My kids are big fans of the cookies.

Mindy’s baked goods are fantastic! I can’t do dairy or soy and it was nice being able to still enjoy some delicious treats without worrying. And they are SO good too.

I'm not normally a fan of vegan baked goods, but everything Mindy makes is incredibly good. Some of my favorites are the apple muffins, the oatmeal cookies, and the lemon crinkle cookies. Definitely the best plant-based baked goods I've ever had!

Mindy was so easy to work with when I wanted to order some banana muffins for a softball tournament. She worked around the schedule I had for leaving so the muffins were super fresh. They tasted amazing and were a huge hit all weekend with the girls! We will be ordering again for sure!!

Mindy’s Bake Shop is our family’s favorite for cookies, muffins, and cupcakes. Everything Mindy creates is delicious and safe for our family with multiple types of allergies. It’s such a relief to know we can still have delicious treats!
