Mimi’s Mimi's Place

We've eaten here only once, but we plan to go back! Because it's that good!! I ordered the open faced roast beef dinner. I'd say one of the best I've eaten so far! And their coleslaw is great too! I highly recommend this little country restaurant!

We called to ask if they were open and if they had a buffet. They said they did and were open until 6pm. After driving from the next town over, we got there at 5:15 pm and the doors were locked. The lady inside just looked at us and refused to open the door. We will not be back.

Mimi is great! Attentive and a great hostess! Great eats, comfortable, out-of-the-way place, rewarding experience!

Mimi’s place was recommended two years ago to a friend and I. The hour and forty five minute drive was well worth the trip! It was a beautiful drive to this sweet little diner. We had a wonderful conversation with the owner Carolyn. The food and hospitality was awesome. We had a Mike burger made with local grown beef with a special sauce. A must try. We will definitely return to try that sell out catfish dinner.
