Fantastic food. Great service. The restaurant is in a chalet-like setting. It is a bit pricey, but totally worth the price. This visit was between breakfast and lunchtimes. They permitted us to order lunch or dinner even though it was early than lunchtime. I had Mini's Huevos Rancheros: 2 eggs (I had over-easy), atop of sliced, fresh, soft avocado, covered in salsa, liberally sprinkled with Parmesan, with sliced fresh jalapenos on 2 fried tostadas. My wife enjoyed the turkey platter: sliced turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans and gravy. They have takeout and catering. They have bakery items, muffins and croissants, to go. Highly recommend.
Stopped by Mimi’s Café early this morning and had a great experience. The place was quiet and cozy, the food came out fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Phill, really made the experience that much better — friendly, attentive, and just overall great energy. Definitely a nice way to start the day!
Gave it a try it’s like an overpriced IHOP. My baked potato was rock hard my food seems like a frozen dinner. Just warmed up. My tea had something weird floating in it. If you’re going to pay $20 a plate I would hope that the cooks are cooking Which they definitely are not.
No one at counter when we entered. Waited a few minutes and were seated. Four tables seated ahead of my group. I ordered the pancake sampler, cinnamon crunch, apple spice, and butter milk. Each pancake tasted great and I enjoyed each bit. Only concern I had was that the place was a little understaffed.
Great place for a group lunch. Excellent service. The menu was extensive. While our section was full, it was still quiet enough for everyone at the table to be engaged in our conversations. There were five in our party. Two had the Asian salad, two had the turkey club sandwich, and one had a smash burger and fries. We thought that our dishes were nicely presented, well proportioned, fresh and tasty. Overall, a really good experience. We agreed to add Mimi's Cafe to our repeat lunch gathering eateries.
