Mimi’s Banh Mi

The owners are such a wonderful couple. They spent time answering all my questions regarding opening up a restuarant. Bahn mi: Cold cut - Cold cuts were stuffed (I asked for extra spicy) which I loved. Fresh, homemade bread for sandwiches! Shrimp bahn mi- seasoned perfectly and a great change of pace. Egg rolls- tasted similar to cambodian style, crispy and tasty! Congee- This was on the thicker side and had quail eggs! That was an awesome surprise, I'll start making it this way moving forward. Def try this place out, tell your friends if you love it!

Delicious, fresh, and authentic banh mi in Billerica! There's no eating area, so plan for take out. I got the cold cut sandwich and everything tasted super fresh and well seasoned, I especially liked the savory flavor of the patê. Both the banh mi and spring rolls were a generous portion for the price. Peanut sauce would be a good addition for the spring rolls, I wish they offered it too! The owners were very friendly and welcoming and I would highly recommend if you're looking for a local Vietnamese fast casual spot. I would put their banh mi up against ones from Lowell and Dorchester, give it a try!

Tried the Fried Shrimp Banh Mi and I really liked the flavor. Really big shrimps also. Personally I can separate one sandwich into two lunches bc of the size but it’s too good to stop lol. I recommend adding more options of protein like pork or chicken but I’ll try everything on the menu when I have the chance.

I ordered takeout tonight and right off the bat mimi’s was super quick and efficient getting my order done in <15 mins. Grabbed my bag inside only to find the most mouth watering chicken Bahn mi I’ve ever had. The flavor profile is crazy and it def lives up to all the reviews. Can’t wait to come back!

I happen to be in the plaza and saw this place. I'm aways in the hunt for a good Banh Mi so I was excited to try it out. I am sad/mad I live so close! Delicious! The perfect crusty on the outside bun. The juicy, flavorful beef. The tangy sweetness from the pickled veggies... I am so happy. The staff is very friendly. The space clean. Not an eat in place. Would be cute with a small table or 2. I'll be back!!
