First time trying Miller’s and first time trying pastrami, so wasn’t sure what to expect either way. WOW! I was blown away!!! The fries were hot, fresh, golden, and crispy! The sandwich looked small, but was mighty! It was fresh, hot, and VERY JUICY!!! The meat in the sandwich was so juicy that it dripped out of the sandwich and disintegrated the paper wrapper, but somehow the bread was intact? The customer service was A+++!!! Friendly, kind, and highly professional staff both at the counter and kitchen. Very helpful with helping a 1st timer make a decision and place an order. 4 stars due to only the sandwich with a small fry being nearly $20!!! It’s quality, but still, not enough quantity for that price. Anyway, can’t wait to go back!!!
Have been twice so far, both times placing an order online and both times it's been ready when I arrive. First time I got a pastrami and today I got a roast beef. Both were very good and fresh. Also got the crinkle fries both times made and asked for a little extra crisp but not quite well done, and they nailed it each time. Will for sure be back next time I'm in the area. Oh, and I signed up for their rewards program the first time I ordered, which was a quick process, and when I ordered today, I had a discount promo available that took off almost $7 off my order.
The food is good and tasty, I’m not questioning that. However went in for a regular sized French fry, $6.08. This is what I got. Ridiculous really, I got a chuckle
Just went for the first time in many years, and it was really not great. The people were very friendly and the fries were decent, but the roast beef sandwich was extremely dry, like REALLY dry. The roast beef itself was also quite flavorless. There was a piece that had fallen off, and I ate just that slice, and if it were a blind taste test, I probably could not have guessed what it was. People rave about Millers, so hopefully it was just a fluke.
Ordered a pastrami sandwich and couldn’t believe how little meat was inside for the 13.00 price. Very disappointing. Service was fine so that’s the second star here. Sandwich itself had soggy bread and pastrami was nothing special: Based on the positive reviews, I expected more….
