When we walked in the host seated us right away. When we got to our table we had to wait at least 10minutes before the server came over to greet us. He took our order and left. We waited for 30minues for our food and when we got our food it was hot without a doubt but by the time we were able to eat it was warm as we needed to wait to get utensils. We were given plastic utensils and that’s it no extra napkins. We ordered the ribeye steak and we had to wait at least 15minutes for the server to come back to get Steaksauce(we ended up asking another server for it)and we also had to request our Bleu cheese sauce for the zingers. The food was tasty, seasoned very well and the portions of food was good. Overall it was a great experience minus the few minor mishaps I mentioned.

I think it’s one of those restaurants you do for a quick lunch. The atmosphere was pretty chill. The employees that served us were nice but there could be better waiter services. I think we all enjoyed our food! The fired calamaris were okay (not the best I’ve eaten but not the worst either). I got ‘Mimi’s Fiesta Bowl’ for my entree and loved it! (It’s a bit more on the acidic side but still good and flavorful). For my drink, I got a gingerale- loved that it was real gingerale! Probably wouldn’t go back but it wasn’t a bad first experience overall.

Very nice place for the football 🏈 games and a great place for lunch. I have a fantastic time here the food is okay. Nothing will blow you away, but the service and staff are catering to your every need.

I love eating here. And usually when I do I eat alone and spend around $100. Today I came with a friend and asked to be sat in my usual area (away from other guests). I was told flat out no. Even though there were several empty tables that would have been fine with me, the person seating guest refuse to place me somewhere that I was comfortable. I didn’t make a fuss. I simply left and went across the street. I’m sure the 100+ dollars plus the 30-40 dollar tip that I would have left will be appreciated there. Maybe in a few weeks I’ll see if the customer service I’m accustomed to when I come here is back in place.

This place is going downhill. It is not worth the money. The waiters and waitresses are great they have wonderful personality they engage well with the guests. As far as the service goes I feel like it's a bit slow perhaps they need to hire better support because certain people are working harder than others it appears or like their short staffed. Their cooks are frying the wings either at too high of a temperature or they just cooking them too fast. The wings are not done enough The skin is not crispy. Also I think it's time for the menu to be upgraded here everything has those dang fries. I think this place is a overpriced Chili's or Applebee's and they could never!
