Mill River Tavern

Outstanding food, excellent service and very cool atmosphere. Found this establishment on a whim and it definitely did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the time we arrived until we left. The menu was expansive and the food was perfectly prepared and presented. Will patronize again; highly recommended!

Someone told us about The Mill River Tavern, we had to go try it, I can say it’s a hidden gem in Hatfield. We first ordered a drink (great selection of beers) and had to try the pizza, we ordered all hamburger, onions and 1/2 mushrooms. The pizza was great and was out really fast. Later on the waitress came over to us with another pizza. She tells us, we made your first pizza wrong and want to know if you want this one to take home, free? We declined but were very grateful and asked if the other table (retirement party) would like it and they did. Waitress was awesome, super friendly and always checking on us. We will definitely be going back. I was watching some of the food coming out and it all looked delicious. This is just a cute little local tavern that aims to please.

Great food, friendly, attentive service and a really cool vibe. We really enjoyed our dinner here tonight. The meatballs were delicious. The French onion soup was very good (although extremely cheesey). The cocktails were tasty and the kids all enjoyed their meals.

This was a delightful surprise for us. Good food with quality ingredients, interesting mixed drinks with equality high-quality spirits, and friendly and attentive service. We'll be back.

The food was amazing. I had the garlic knots and the white pizza. They were both served to me hot and they were delicious. The toffee bunt cake was also delicious. The only problem is that they served the food on paper plates
