MilkShake Factory Downtown Jersey City

I came here on Saturday afternoon after a lunch trip to Jersey City from Manhattan on an overcast and cool Saturday in late October. We came right around the store’s opening time which was still during their soft opening. I went with two other people and when we arrived the store was moderately crowded. It didn’t take more than 5-10 minutes for us to order and get our shakes! I don’t drink a lot of milkshakes typically so this was a treat. The menu seemed to have alternatives for many food allergies, such as gluten free shakes. The store has a many varieties of shakes with flavors that taste very fresh like their strawberry shake which comes with a chocolate dipped strawberry. I tried this place for the the first time yesterday and I loved it so much that I had to go back the next day 😊!! The Caramel Toffee Cappuccino milkshake is a hit and I will definitely be back! Employees are super nice and let you try free samples of chocolate 😋

Every time visiting this place is always a good experience. People are so so friendly there, and the milkshake is just straight up amazing. I like to support local businesses as much as I can. If you’re the same, please visit this place. It’s so fresh, flavorful, and makes me feel good to consume there because i know I’m not letting some characterless chains pushing away the space for local businesses to breathe.

Overall amazing experience. Went there with my girlfriend who is a big fan of sweets. And chocolate. This place didn’t disappoint. We went with a longtime friend and his wife as well and were extremely satisfied. The chocolate covered strawberry on top was when I asked for a shirt. It was given to me in my size !!! Amazing experience and will be back soon. Many options for veg / vegan Very very impressed.

What better way to cap off a wonderful day exploring the Liberty Science Center with our litte one? The Milkshake Factory was the perfect spot to satisfy a serious sweet tooth craving and it definitely hit the spot. We went all-in on the shakes: two Bananas Foster and one Peanut Butter Brownie. I simply cannot rave enough about the Bananas Foster—it was seriously amazing. It tasted exactly like the dessert, rich, perfectly spiced, and easily the best shake I’ve had in years. The Peanut Butter Brownie was also a standout—super thick and intensely chocolatey, it crushed our craving. We also grabbed six pieces of their chocolate bark to go, which, unsurprisingly, vanished within two days. Our favorites from the haul were the Rocky Road, Coconut, and the Cookies and Cream.
