Mike's Paradise BBQ & Grill

Do not judge a book by its cover!!! Mike’s looked like a total dive and my wife and I almost moved on, I am glad we gave it a try!!! The food was excellent!!! My chicken wings fell off the bone and had great spicy bbq, my wife’s bbq pork sandwich was perfect, and the fries were seasoned just right!! The staff and other patrons could not have been more friendly and they loved doting on our 2 month old daughter!! The ambience was a unique blend of island decor, old vinyl records, and 3 stooges, what a great find!!!!

The food was excellent and it came out fast and hot. The cashier was friendly. The decor was pig-beach-hole on the wall with a splash of seventies music album covers. Very quirky but clean. We had catfish and bbq. Both were great.

This is a neat little hole in the wall. The food is good, the prices are reasonable. If you are coming off the highway it only a minute farther than McDonald’s and well worth it.

We decided to try Mike's Paradise on my husband's birthday. We ordered a family pack of pulled pork with all the fixin's. My husband and other family members liked the food. I wasn't crazy about the sauce, but the pork itself wasn't bad. The service was friendly and pretty fast. Our order was correct. The atmosphere was okay, but the tropical decor was a bit different for a southern BBQ spot. That's not a problem, just a little odd. There is Indoor dining, but seating is limited since the place is pretty small. We will likely give Mike's another try sometime in the future.

Cool place. Small place but plenty of seating. Vinyl albums on the walls. Good food. Recommended. 3% processing fee added to credit card transactions. Pay with cash if you have it. :)
