Mike's Olympic Grill

I’ve been coming to Olympic Grill since I was a kid (more than 30 years) It’s definitely had its ups and downs (very downs) over the last 6 years or so but we went this morning and I was so happy we did! We moved off the island 4 years ago but I needed my youngest of 4 kids to go since it’s a tradition to bring all of them! Jessica our waitress was so nice! She even brought our 3 year old a cookie as a surprise when leaving! We had pancakes, eggs, breakfast meats etc, all delicious! One thing I’d change is coffee brand. It was very dark, no fault to the employees. The place was clean too! Pleasantly surprised since our visit in 2022 was anything but pleasant. Glad we went and as long as it keeps up (and hopefully Jessica still works there) we’ll be coming every time we come to Staten Isla

Been coming here for yrs as a Staten Island Resident, family style environment, staff is super friendly and kind. Love my tbone steak and eggs. Pricing is very reasonable. 5 Stars all around.

Plenty of parking,i went there at 8:30 am. Seating was available, and a waiter was at hand to bring drinks. The waiter was courteous and attentive. The food came promptly, and it was good. Although, i did wish my wrap was hotter when i took my first bite. The bathroom was nice and clean. I will return and try some of their other menu items. Overall a good experience.

Food was shit . Ordered a brisket sandwich and it came looking more as if I ordered a roast beef smothered in gravy over toast . Dirty utensils as well.

THE WORST experience I've had at a diner. Food: my cousin's buffalo wings were overcooked and the blue cheese was so fake, that under the abhorrent florescent lighting, looked like cheap cake frosting. "Butter" for my pancakes was so artificial; it was more akin to margarine mixed with a crisco substitute. Service. Server was so slow with everything. Any request or water/coffee refill took about 15 minutes. Usually I have grace if it's just one server, but he was seldom seen. And the manager, within proximity to everything and everyone. seemed only interested in working the till. Was almost charged for 2 lemonades that we never ordered (who knows how long it would have taken if we did order anything additional). Manager adjusted it by writing math on receipt. I don't know why he didn't
