Mike’s Mac & Sanny Shack

Great little food truck in a cute courtyard! Glad there’s a roof over most of the picnic tables, otherwise I’d have been eating in my car… Had the veggie grilled cheese, and it was just what I needed to get through the rest of my drive on a dreary PNW day. Chips were awesome too!!

I got both the Turkey Pesto and Bacon Mac. Both are outstanding! The homemade potato chips that came with the sanny, were crispy and delicious. The turkey pesto reminded me of something my grandma would make with love. The Bacon Mac found it's way straight to my heart. The thick cut bacon and gooey cheese is so perfect, I'll be dreaming of it tonight. Thanks Mike, for a truly memorable meal

Crazy good sandwiches on amazing homemade bread! Super fresh, handmade and wonderful ingredients! The crunch of the sourdough is what dreams are made of for all you bread lovers! I had the Buffalo chicken and some handmade potato chips and the chicken had been roasted and shredded by them, nice big chunks but good ratios of slaw, blue cheese crumbles and dressing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for more.

My wife and I were really wanting to experience a food truck, so when we went to Arcadia Beach and came back through Tillamook we just had to stop at Mike's Mac and Shanny Shack. We had looked him up prior to coming and saw that the reviews were stellar!! And they were not kidding!! Kala and I both had the Chicken Caesar Sandwich and she had the Mac n cheese and I had the bacon Mac n cheese. The chicken in the sandwich just fell apart, in an amazing way,and was so juicy!!! The sauce was savory and the lettuce was delicious and crisp!!! The bread was grilled nicely and had just the right amount of butter spread on it. Oh, don't get me started on the Mac n cheese! Had a turkey pesto from this fantastic place today. Every bite was a perfect blend of flavor between some of the best homemade bread I’ve had in a while. The chips were a perfect match great crunch and not overly salty. 10/10 if you are in the area I recommend stopping by this little gem and having mike make you something to write home about!
