We had a great seafood supper in Boone! Blackened scallops were fantastic. The onion rings were spot on. The shrimp were good too! The clam strips were cooked perfectly as well. The portions are generous. I’ve eaten at a lot of seafood restaurants (and have the belly to prove it) that were a lot closer to the shore that were not as good as this. We are glad we stopped!

Service was really good! Portions were huge. The steak is cooked on the same grill as seafood, and you could taste the seafood in the cook of the steak. The food was very bland absolutely no seasoning. The fish had a lot of bones in it.

Very plain food, I definitely wouldn’t get their oyster sandwich, no flavor, a scarce amount of mayonnaise was used instead of a yummy remolaude sauce, no batter seasoning detected.. As a couple who loves well seasoned and cooked seafood this is not it. My husbands order was also not prepared as asked. A good $33 dollars spent for a very disappointing dinner.

Great friendly service and staff! Welcoming to everyone but I can honestly say it's one of the few restaurants/places left in Boone for locals to come to and feel at home ❤️ the hush puppies are delicious but I recommend the WHOLE menu, not even joking.. Treat yourself and go check them out, eat amazing seafood in the mountains, all while supporting a local business in "The High Country" 🤷💪😋

Staff was great. The hushpuppies were excellent. The Cole slaw was bland. The onion rings would've been great if the batter would have had some seasoning/taste. I got the all you can eat popcorn shrimp and could taste nothing but the fried batter. The Crab Cakes were overcooked and tasted fishy. The kids meal with the whitefish was good.
