Mike’s Bakery

We haven’t lived in Corinth for years, but we still think about Mike’s cheesecake. We’ve tried so many others and nothing else compares or even comes close. Mike’s plain and strawberry cheesecakes are both amazing and they’re hands down the best we’ve ever had! They’re the perfect texture and not sickly sweet. My husband grabbed a couple today and it made my day! Highly recommend!

Mike’s Bakery is fantastic—fresh pastries, great coffee, and friendly staff. Everything tastes homemade and delicious. A perfect spot to grab a treat any time of day. Anyone in Corinth area should definitely try it.

I got the Almond Croissant. It was good. Customer Service was top notch. She explained me clearly what all pastries have sugar and not.

PROs: Great location. Mike was very kind and has a great personality. Pastries are good. Wide variety to choose from. Other bakeries that are skim on the fillings. Mike's bakery is not. The almond paste was thick and spread throughout the pastry, loved it! CONs: No indoor seats, that's a fyi for those expecting it. But we didn't intend to stay. Great visit with Mike exchanging stories of the East Coast and grandkids. :-)

The best way to kiss the Old Year adieu is with chocolate. All I wanted was a muffin but found the CHOCOLATE BOMB. Packed with chocolate mousse and a touch of cheesecake at foundation. It was love at first spoonful. Mike's supplies spoons for chocolate addicts like me. The delectable mound of chocolate desire never made it home. I will dream sweetly tonight. THANK YOU MIKE'S BAKERY! I AM SO IN LOVE!
