An absolute gem 🍜 From the moment you walk in, you feel the care and dedication in every detail. The ramen is comforting, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with patience and passion. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy every bite. A special shoutout to Vicky, the manager, who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel at home. Her attention to detail and friendly approach really elevate the experience. Mikami is Highly recommended! 🌟
Love the wide range of dishes on the menu. The skewers were great and the Crunch Bunch (baby anchovies) were our favorite! The ramen was fine, but definitely satisfied our craving. Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.
Amazing food and service. Came In for a quick bite to eat with my boo thang and at first we thought the food was going to be bland because of the modern atmosphere. However , we were far from wrong the geko spicy miso was giving season and definitely spice! The martini was different but still good. The whisky eyeball was a whisky mule if you ask me . Fried chicken was also amazing and very flavorful. Our waitress Lisa was kind hearted and made sure we wee happy and satisfied !
My neighborhood spot and I wish I had gone sooner. Such a beautiful and elegant space the bar area is great too. I loved their tempura platter, the gin blossom was an amazing cocktail. Get any of their ramen but do also get their Tofu Don and Salmon. Loved the Matcha Tiramisu. Service with a smile. @chicagopescetarian
I’ve tried many Japanese dishes before, but this time I was truly impressed with the food here. Normally, fried dishes tend to make the meat inside dry, but the Chicken Karaage and Katsu Plate were beyond my expectations: perfectly crispy on the outside while still tender and juicy inside. The seasoning was well-balanced and just right. The restaurant space is airy, clean, and decorated in a simple yet elegant style. Most importantly, the prices are very reasonable for the quality.
