Miguelo's Empanadas

This was my 1st time coming to Miguelo's & I'm so happy I made it! I got the 6 count box for $22+ just so I had a bunch to choose from. (Ended up getting 3 more in addition to those...) My favorite was the spinach & cheese dipped in the garlic sauce....sooooo good & cheesy! My 2nd favorite was the spicy chicken dipped in the cilantro sauce....had a big kick & I loved the spice! The chicken was super flavorful & tender too. My least favorite was the peach cobbler. I was actually really looking forward to this one, but it was a miss. It was way more doughy inside, almost like it wasn't fully cooked & it was just peaches. No spices, no vanilla, no cinnamon, etc. Just peaches & dough. We ventured out here based on popular reviews and TikTok videos and when I say we left happy, we left happy and full! The staff are all friendly and accommodating. We tried the Spinach and Cheese, Cheese, Guava and Cheese, Chori-Queso, Ground Beef, and Nutella Brownie empanadas! Incredible! The Nutella Brownie empanada was definitely on the richer side but is definitely worth the dessert carbs! The chipotle sauce is on the smokier side, while the garlic dipping sauce compliments the flavors smoothly. Parking was easy. Ordering was easy. There is not a seating area. However, there is a window-ledge to place your food should you decide to stay and eat. It was also nice to see a local business selling merchandise. We love supporting local businesses. Been meaning to try this place after hearing about it a few months ago and TikTok review finally made me! Yum yum yum! Got a box of 12 to try all the flavors we could. ALL branded with the flavors which was nice! My favorites so far..spicy beef and spinach and cheese with the garlic sauce. My son tried more and was just mmmmm'ing everyone he tasted. Definitely a hidden gem in Stallings that has been open since April. Was told they make fresh all day and usually around 630-7 they sell what they have until they close at 8pm. Closed on Sundays. Ordered online, earlier in the day, and picked up at 530. Super easy and friendly staff. Don't sleep on this place. Best empanadas around! Too full to try the guava or tres leches one right now but had to leave this review while the taste of spicy bee

I saw this place on tik tok and immediately I wanted to try it. Went there and got a variety of empanadas with the sauces( 12 total, we ate majority before i thought to take a pic☺️). When I say these are THE BEST empanadas I've ever had, they are soooo flavorful, not dry, the meat ratio is on point and the sauce to go with is delicious. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. A cute little place with alot of BIG flavor. U love that the empanadas are stanped with what it is as well. Definitely will go back and add dessert next time!!

What an excellent and wonderful spot. I saw this place and had to share ass by to experience it. The girl who took my order was very knowledgeable of all the different selections as well as took her time explaining the business and family history. The empanadas were packed full and tasted fresh and delicious. I loved this spot and will definitely be back.
