Midsommar Bakery - Market Stall

A very good find at the Proctor Farmers Market. I bought 4 different kind of Cardamom buns: pistachio rose, almond orange, pumpkin w/ nuts (walnut or pecan?) and cinnamon. The buns’ sweetness was just right and crunch from the nuts was a fun bonus. I warmed up the buns of my choice and it complemented with my unsweetened drinks - green tea, matcha latte and coffee latte. Lovely!

I really can’t say enough good things about this food stall. The cardamom buns are absolutely out of this world just to die for - they are so flavorful and moist and beyond just the cardamom flavor. They have so many other different seasonal and regular flavors of their Swedish buns too. One thing that’s an absolute standout is their ginger cardamom balls. They’re so delicious and packed with flavor and top it all off the service and the food stall is just so unbelievably friendly. They have great bright smiles on their faces and they are such a treat to see at the Saturday market. I’d make sure to visit just to see them and I look forward to trying everything on their menu!

We got Midsommar Bakery’s petite buns for our baby shower, and they were amazing! We had cinnamon, cardamom, chocolate hazelnut, and pistachio rose. They were all delicious, but the cardamom one was definitely my favorite—so good! The buns were super fresh, soft, and packed with flavor. Perfect for any celebration. Highly recommend!

Midsommar Bakery has become a must-visit stall on farmer's market days for us. Their cardamom buns are so, so good, and we love the seasonal buns they come up with. I can't recommend them highly enough!
