Growing up in the East Hampton area and moving away when I was 19, I find myself often being drawn back to the "Scene of the Crime"! While growing up there, I found my history class a prime opportunity for my afternoon nap, now I can't get enough of it (the history that is, although there is always a place for an afternoon nap.) The local history has come alive for me. Middle Haddam Public Library is an unsung treasure, a match made in Heaven! What a great collection of reference material yet small enough to have an unmatched level of personal service. I wish I could have spent a week there listening to the stories and absorbing every last drop. I can't say enough about Linda & Janet and their desire to feed the public with the knowledge that they are seeking. What did Martin Luth
Knowledgeable friendly and the work is absolutely beautiful! Brought in a vintage Persian rug and came back looking better than ever. This is a gem for us in Middlesex county!
