Mia's Pasta Food Truck

This is a food truck! Outdoor seating at picnic tables with umbrellas. The food is absolutely fantastic! The owner and the girl waiting on me was delightful. Their Marinara sauce was wonderful. The girl told me she made it herself. Pasta and bread was great also. Pretty large menu. Highly recommended.

Usually get the Chicken Florentine or the Philly Cheesesteak sub. Both are wonderful. Had their Supreme Pizza for the first time today. Excellent! The toppings were abundant. Ingredients were fresh. Highly recommend. Don't forget the stuffed mushrooms.

We had meatballs and spaghetti and chicken alfredo with stuffed mushrooms. Both taste phenomenal! And those rolls are to die for! Thank y'all so much for being so awesome and giving Collinsville some Michelin-quality food. God bless y'all and your business!!! 🙏😇❤️

Very great little chill place outside with games and other things to keep your kids occupied and very great service with of course the food being AMAZING! ~ps try the tiramisu it taste wonderful..

I’ve had better pastas at 5star restaurants that cost less. They charged me $18.59 for a 16.99 chicken scampi pasta. The noodles were over cooked, the sauce felt like slime and I think they even charged me for a small separate container for my chicken(at my request.) This is definitely not worth $19. I get they’re a small business, but with all honesty they just want your money. This pasta costs less than $3.00 to make. Why are you charging customers this much in a food truck in a horrible location? Literally in someone’s backyard.
