Mi Pueblito Grill Food Truck

We ordered lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, there was one order ahead of us with someone waiting at the table. It took 42 minutes from ordering to get our food, with the queso dip (which we asked for while waiting for our food) was stone cold and impossible to eat. The chips broke trying to dip them. They were oversalted and stale. My lunch enchilada order had been spilled inside the food truck inside the box, so there were beans spilling out of the container and on the bag they gave us. Inside the box, the beans had spilled over the enchiladas, which were barely warm. The beans were cold. Tao kids quesadilla orders - both quesadillas were cold and some of the cheese unmelted on the edges. The rice was the only part of our dishes that was hot and it was too hot to eat.
