Mi Paté (Banh Mi Viet Nam)

My husband and I both got banh mi, I had chicken and I thought it was decent but not amazing, the chicken itself was just not very flavorful. My husband had pork however and it was really good and seemed to be seasoned a lot better.

First, the baguette is fresh, slight crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. I ordered the combination and meatball. The veggies were chilled and crisp. The meat combo and meatballs were flavored well. I sliced the sandwiches at home and had already finished 1/2 of the combo before taking the pic, lol. Even though this is Fort Smith, Arkansas, this Bahn Mi can compete with some of the best Bahn Mi in the Houston area (large Viet community) where I’m from.

As a Vietnamese, I’m head over heels in love with these authentic Vietnamese dishes at Mi Paté Food Truck. Furthermore, the customer service is professional and excellent! Highly recommended!

Ohh my goodness! I don't want to exaggerate but I will never visit a subway sandwich shop in Fort Smith again. The Bahn mi is the sandwiches of all sandwiches! I had the BBQ pork and also a steak Bahn mi. Everything was so fresh. Bread is baked daily. Owners are very friendly. This will definitely be a day or two a week stop now.

GOING DOWN HILL. They were good and welcoming first opened. I kept trying several times and the quality and service isn't consistent. Banh my was good but not always. Sometimes they are salty and less meat portions for their high price (For a food truck), compared to out of state Banh my and Saku store. The hours aren't consistent either. A lot of time I come with their posted hours but they already closed. The owners seem to have have their attitude based on their personal mood. A lot of times I waited for a lot longer than I supposed as there isn't anyone in front of me. It won't last if you keep doing business like this. Local reviewers seem to get paid to give 5 stars and dishonest reviews.
