About Mi 'N Tea
When our parents, Kim Tran and Dan Dieu, moved to South Philadelphia from Vietnam, they brought along a passion for food and the dream of opening a restaurant of their own. Adjusting to their new lives put that goal to the side, but the kitchen... More

A hip, vibrant, and modern vibe with perfect banh mi bread. Crisp, aromatic outside (but not tough), and airy, soft dough on the inside. There are many more coffee choices than your average bubble tea place, adding to the Vietnamese experience. The sandwich and drink choices are delicious, but rice bowls and soups are solid as well. My only criticism is that the tapioca pearls are hit or miss. I’ve been there a few times and they can sometimes be undercooked
The drinks were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the beef stew and egg rolls and holy lord!!!! The beef stew broth my a rich and sweet beef pho broth with heart carrots and beef topped with cilantro. Otherworldly. The eggrolls were also SO good. Sole of the best I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend this place enough. This spot is super special!
You're in the middle of working but your eyes can't stop looking at Matcha Tiramisu Latte. I got it made with almond milk although the foam was dairy(jfz). So good. I needed to eat something quick. I ordered the fried tofu bites. They weren't marinated but were crispy and came on a little bed of salad(surprise). It was sprinkled with a bit of cayenne. There are other offerings I will try next visit, not working.
Update: The owner responded to my review, and I want to address their comments. First off, I approached them right away with my concern that the banh-mi was bland and needed more flavoring. They didn't care then. I ended up just asking for more Vietnamese mayo, hoping that it would add a little more flavor---it did not. While they didn't care then, they cared enough to respond to an honest Google Review by trying to condescend and minimize my feedback. As a result, I'm downgrading my review to 1-star. Here's the thing. I'm a huge fan of banh-mi, and I've lived in France so am very familiar with pâté. When I say something is bland, I am speaking from experience. Banh-mi normally has rich, complex flavors because it relies on fresh, quality ingredients. When I ate the pork belly, it tasted
Really great lunch spot in Manayunk. Came with a few people and started off sharing taro chips which were a great combination of sweet and salty. We shared the fried shrimp, the lemongrass pork, and the side trip to Korea. The last one being my favorite. The bulgogi beef was seasoned perfectly and paired well with the fresh veggies and crisp roll. Great sandwich. Friendly staff as well; would definitely recommend stopping in.
