Over charged by $5. Menu said $25 for oxtail meal was charged $30. Overpriced for the amount of food received barely a full scoop of sides. Macaroni and Yams were good. Oxtail were just ok. Wouldnt go back based off the false advertisement of price and the small portions. Lastly food was placed in paper bag in lieu of plastic. With all the juice it would have leaked all over my car had i not held it in my hand the entire way home.
The beef ribs were falling off the bone—tender and full of flavor. The sauce was bold and packed with taste without being overly spicy. I should have tried it on the jerk chicken, but even without sauce, the chicken was so flavorful on its own. The sides were just as impressive: the greens and cabbage were perfectly seasoned, and the yams were so sweet and rich they could have been a dessert. We always judge a soul food spot by the greens, and these were top-notch! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with plenty of outdoor seating and friendly staff. Pick-up orders are convenient, and don’t miss their house-made slushes—the strawberry and sweet tea mix is a must-try.
1st time here and everything taste delicious 😋 I got mac and cheese 🧀, sweet potatoes, and the curry chicken and other rice 🍚 this is my first time trying Jamaican food and I love ❤️ it! I will definitely 💯come back again!!! The Ox tail is a must try!
Got both the ox tail and chicken curry both came with 2 sides! So I was able to try rice and peas, fried rice, Mac and cheese and potato salad! That was plenty of food for me and wife and had even leftovers! Everything g was very flavorful and meat was tender! Great after my all night of volleyball!! Thank you!
The jerk chicken is NOT jerk, it’s oven baked… Not owned and ran by a Jamaican ((it could never be)) If you are looking for authentic JAMAICAN food this is not the place.. Very disappointed coming here Visited and reviewed by a JAMAICAN🇯🇲
