Mi Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

Very accommodating for a large group on short notice. Prices are fair and the food is great for the portion sizes. Ive been here a few times ans always enjoy the experience. Great stop for Mexican and good drinks. I ordered rhe Large Hacienda Burrito and even with big appetite, I couldnt finish it!.

We really enjoyed our first couple of trips here and will definitely be back. The menu has a lot of options, and everything we've tried is pretty good. The prices are also fantastic for big portions of food. Try the Mexican pizza appetizer-- it's huge, like a whole order of fajitas. It seems like the staff has a lot of folks who are new to restaurant service, but still friendly and trying their best. I didn't love the piles of cheese on top of my pineapple fajitas. Overall, we like this place a lot and will probably go often.

We ordered take out. The server from when I walked in was horrendous. I told her my name and that I had an online order. She goes back to check then comes back and without saying anything helps other customers. Seats then comes back and still nothing. I stop her and ask her if I should continue to block up the restaurant in the way or can I have an update on my order. After getting my food and eating it was utterly the worst experience. Taco Bell produces better food than this. Without a doubt will never go back and will never recommend.

Food was amazing. Service was rough due to on 2 servers working dinner. Management's handling of the bad service makes me wish I could give zero stars. They had 1 waitress working 2 large groups. We got 1 round of drinks, placed our orders and waited for our food. No refils before food was served. No refills throughout the entire group eating all our food. Mind you, all drinks were empty when the food was served. When I finally got up and asked for refills I was told an excuse as to why they couldn't refill our drinks (no servers). Finally was thirsty enough to walk to dollar general and buy 2-liters and refilled our drinks with those. Come payment time, Management refused to take the drinks off the bill. I’ve been eating at this restaurant for 14 years. I guess the fact that I’m still going back tells you that I love the place. Some of the waiters have been there for at least the past six years. It’s a welcoming environment, where the service is good, the food is delicious, and many good memories have been made. It’s about to undergo a major renovation, so will be closing on March 20th for two weeks. We are excited to come back and see the changes.
