Mi Faburrito Mexican Grill

This is a quality build-your-meal place. The online menu is deceiving because you can pick what goes on your bowl/burrito/whatever, and the staff was very sweet to us first-timers. The gas station has a small enclosed dining area that was decent, but everyone loved the food itself from the most mild of mild taste to my like-a-little-kick self.

I have been to Mi Faburrito 10-12 times now and have always had a great experience. Beef, chicken or steak my nachos or taco salads have always been very good. The chicken is cooked Pollo al Carbon style which I really enjoy. Excellent flavor! The ladies who make the food are always very friendly. $8-$10 for a big plate of nachos currently is very reasonably priced.

Food taste fresh. But portions are SO SMALL for add-ons like guacamole and queso, which is less than 1/2 ladle for $2.49 ea. And the fact that it was an additional charge was not made crystal clear. Bad signage. We won't be back. Qdoba and other small business restaurants will continue to get more of our families and companies business, instead.

This is an okay place for a quick bite. Some days, the meat is too salty for my taste and others it can be quite tasty. Their hot sauce is not that spicy for someone who loves spicy food, but the jalapenos have a kick to them so get those if you're into spicy. The servings are great and the staff are nice. It's pretty good tex-mex food from inside a gas station convenience store.
