Unacceptable Service and Disrespectful Behavior I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received today 07/23/2025 @ 1:51 P.M. The cashier, who identified himself as the manager, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism, active listening skills, and basic respect. When placing my order, I specifically requested a vegan bowl. The cashier was clearly rushing and not paying attention, as evidenced by his argumentative and defensive demeanor when we brought up the missing vegan bowl later. Instead of listening to our concern, he immediately went into defense mode, accusing us of being rude when we were simply trying to correct an error in our order. This place has the right touch of Venezuela in South Florida. Food is amazing. The Arepas are personally favorite.

Popped in for a late lunch in a small group. We ordered a platter, reina pepiada, empanadas, tequeños, papelon, a smoothie, and everything was great. The arepas and tequeños could be a bit bigger, but the ingredients are good and they taste amazing. Everything is well cooked. The service was great. I could definitely see myself going back.

This is a perfect spot when looking for authentic venezuelan-latin food. We had empanadas, arepas, and also ordered some delicious juices. Everything was tasty, fresh, and well presented.
