First of all, thank you Kaylee for excellent service! 👍 I was so torn beginning this review. First of all, we walked in not knowing what to expect. The interior remake is spectacular. MC have truly made it their own. It's modern and well-lit (those driftwood chandeliers!) The walls are hung with large TV's showing various sporting events. The one holdover would seem to be the speaker system, which refreshingly enough plays a mix of modern Mexican music -- not Mariachi music. 🙂 We were served the standard chips and salsa. The salsa was cilantro heavy, but we really liked it. I'm one of those unfortunate people for whom cilantro tastes like soap. Either someone is a wizard in the kitchen, or they possibly used epazote? In any case, I'm a fan! I'll be dancing mostly through extraordinary h
