Very friendly service... The food was solid, not the best rice ever, but otherwise fine overall. Seemed clean and tidy.

Unfortunately I won't be back. We have always had good service and good food until recently. We went about a month ago and the food was good and service prompt but we were never offered a water refill during our entire meal. We went back today and we were seated on arrival. We ordered and waited over 45 minutes for our food. Meanwhile others came in with larger parties (6-7) who sat behind us and arrived after we had ordered. They received their food and we waited 5 more minutes when the waitress came by to offer us a refill for the second time during our wait. I told her that we would be leaving as we had not received our food. She said she had put in the order and had checked "a couple of times just to make sure". Ordered a takeout meal tonight. Last time I ordered takeout the lady taking the order was incredibly rude… I decided to give them another chance tonight (sept 4th 2025 @ appox. 7:30pm). I called in my order and as soon as they answered the phone there was no “Thankyou for calling micasitas” or anything I was greeted by laughter and “hello” that’s it. Strike 1.. I let it go and come to pick my meal up in the drive through and I pull up to the window and there is a lady standing there with ear phones in.. she makes eye contact with me and turns back around and continues texting and playing on her phone…strike 2…the one person that seemed to be doing everything came up to the window and handed me my order. 1-15-26 We came here to have a birthday dinner for our youngest son. During the dinner our oldest son had found a long black hair in the middle of his food . We told the waiter that we had to flag down so a lady came and got his plate and said that they would take it off his bill . Will he went to check out she only took off 10 percent of his plate because he had eaten some of it. I told her that if that was mine plate I would have not paid for none of it but he did . Good food, great vibes, but didn't quite hit 5 stars for me. The service was on point, and the flavors were spot on, but maybe just a bit too standard. If you're craving Mexican, it's a solid choice 👍
