Mi Casa Bella

We passed by this Mexican restaurant and thought of taking the children there one day. Well it was a pretty good experience for the family trying out new things in new places. The owner greeted us, and our waitress Aharon was friendly. The children liked seeing the Fajitas served with hot plates. We ended up with some leftovers to take home. Nice little family business located next to a Dollar General and it has its own parking lot on the back and across the street is a gas station. If you ever pass by Whaleyville, Suffolk, and you are hungry for some Mexican food and wanted a place to sit down and dine, consider Mi Casa Bella.

Was pretty busy for a weekday. We wanted to try it out, as we live near by. We love mexican food and were surprised how good the beans and the food (steak&carnitas) , fajitas, their sauces & chips, were. Fried ice cream was good too. We’ll definitely come back, it’s an excellent mexican. Gracias!

We recently moved to Virginia from San Diego, California about a year ago and I’ve really missed good Mexican food, until now! This place is hands down the best I’ve found in the area. The food is fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. What really makes it special, though, is the owners. They’re so welcoming and personable, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. We were so excited to see this new spot open, and it has completely exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend it enough!

We just flew into Virginia from Ohio and found this place on our drive to North Carolina! I am so glad we did! Helen was our server and she was very attentive and kind. We had the fajita burrito with steak, ala carte beef tacos, and an ala carte grilled chicken quesadilla. We also got the sopapillas and the churros. The food was delicious and served quickly! The total price for all three of us including dessert was under $60. We will stop back another time!

Came with a large party. They were quick to rearrange vacant tables so we could sit together. Service was excellent and they were so friendly and attentive. Food arrived hot and was absolutely delicious! Everyone got exactly what they ordered. It was also karaoke night. DJ Kellie was there and played popular Christmas songs and encouraged guests to sing. Thank you Mi Casa Bella for a wonderful and memorable family get-together. Definitely at the top of my favorite restaurants!
